A rigid bottle does not shrink, so we draw it as a cylinder from its height and width. Vargo gives 222 mm tall and 86 mm across: 3.1416 x 4.3 x 4.3 x 22.2 = 1,290 cm³, so 1.29 L empty for 1 L held (1.29 per litre), just inside the 0.7-1.29 band.
