260 g/m² is in the 240 g/m²+ band. The figure is the number in the name: Alpinetrek lists a material thickness of 260 g/m² and Icebreaker's guide calls 260 g/m² and above heavyweight. Icebreaker UK renamed the 260 Tech as the 260 Oasis and says the product is unchanged (the other shops still sell it as the 260 Tech).

- No independent hands-on test with wear details found for this half zip
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with the zip closed; Icebreaker says do not tumble dry
